Increase foundational understanding of Motivational Interviewing and importance of MI Spirit.
Strengthen core MI communication skills – OARS (Open-ended questions, affirmations, reflections, and summaries).
Increase ability to recognize and respond to Change Talk and Sustain Talk.
Practice use of MI within real play scenarios.
