This training explores how intergenerational trauma shapes the ways we think, feel, and relate often influencing emotional patterns, communication styles, and connections across generations. This interactive training invites participants to examine how survival-based behaviors once necessary for protection can evolve into barriers to trust, vulnerability, and growth. Grounded in the principles of psychological safety and emotional intelligence, this experience provides a framework for transforming inherited emotional patterns into tools for healing. Participants will explore how trauma is passed through both behaviors and belief systems and discover strategies to replace reaction with reflection, and self-protection with connection. Through guided activities and meaningful dialogue, attendees will learn to recognize generational cycles, cultivate emotionally safe environments, and strengthen their capacity for empathy and emotional awareness.
