According Mental Health America, “Anxiety disorders are among the most common mental illness in America, there is around '42.5 Adults in the US with Anxiety Disorder.” INC, M. H. A. (2022). . The objective of this training is to take a closer look at Anxiety and Anxiety Related Disorders and why it is the most commonly diagnosed mental illness amongst Americans. Participants will learn to identify and treat Anxiety/Related Disorders based on a Holistic Approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Participants will learn to assist clients from the Holistic perspective as it relates to understanding the Cognitive Triangle and the relationship between one’s emotional and physical health. During the training, participants will be introduced to, Todd Pressman’s approach to understanding and treating Anxiety Disorders.
