The third stage of the MI Training Series is a two-day Advanced MI training that will focus on deepening the skill of empathic reflection, honing the skills of eliciting and solidifying change talk, using MI in assessments, and preparing the participants for ongoing practice.Description:
For 301 System employees there is an expectation that for post Core, Booster, and Advanced trainings, each participant will submit an audio recording of a real or role played session that will be coded by Alan Lyme using the MITI coding system for adherence to MI style and spirit. The purpose is to provide constructive feedback to each clinician with concrete suggestions as to how they may improve their practice.
Private practitioners and attendees from agencies outside of the 301 system are also encouraged to participate in recording. Submit recordings via Dropbox at least two weeks prior to training. Please…
